Talent Minus Track

I am leaving town till thursday, which is our production number rehearsal/ swimsuit and production outfits approval.  For those who have not given me the minus track to their songs needs to either email me their songs or have it with them that day, no exceptions.  I HAVE to get the master cd for the  pageant done and I'm waiting on those talent cds only.  Please please make sure you have it there.  Also make sure you have the production number choreography memorized and performance ready so that all we have to do is clean it up. 

-Don't forget to get your tickets sold

-We will have posters for you to put around town and a list of the places you need to take them to so that we can them evenly distributed.  This is an important task because its how we advertize the pageants time and date, since I got some headshots later than usual, I wasn't able to get the posters done as soon as I would have liked so I would very very much appreciate it you can be responsible to get the posters to your 10 designated spots BEFORE saturday night, August 7th.  We'll have them for you no later than the production number rehearsal, if you want a faster jump on it, contact Angela before then and she should have them.  We will give each of you a list of where to put them.  Thanks girls, I really appreciate your help.  I can't believe we're down to the countdown!!

Parade Tomorrow

I've had a few questions about tomarrow. 

-White Shirt, needs to be a plain white shirt.  No color underneath, like if you have a V-neck that you wanted to put an undershirt on underneath that needs to be white as well.
-Long shorts or capris, no holes, needs to be jeans
-You can do whatever else you want with accessories, hair, shoes...whatever you want.

STILL MISSING

OK guys....my back is pushed a little too far this year.  I need to hear from you if your name is on this list or I'll assume you want to run next year.  I need to have this information out to the judges chair and the fair committee and I am looking pretty irresponsible because I can't give it to them since I don't have it.  I understand that this year has been a little chaotic and some of that is my fault, but I think you have had more than enough time to at least contact me let alone get it in.  So this is your last reminder.

HEADSHOTS ASAP!

Please please send me headshots via email marizhawn@hotmail.com as soon as you possibly can.  I've got to get them done and printed by this weekend and I only have Laura's.  So please please PLEASE email them or at lease give me a time when you think you could. 

2 important things!

1.  Everyone needs to line up for the parade NO LATER THAN 9:30 AM at the Cedar Stake Center, across from Peterson Plumbing.  If you don't know where contact Angela or Mari.  Everyone needs to be in a plain white T-shirt and LONG shorts or capris.

2.  Everyone needs to email a copy of their headshot.  I just realized that I need to email them to the fair office to get the posters on the way and I need your headshot ASAP!  Please please email them to me or contact me if you can't.  Thanks Girls!

I know that with all that happened in my personal life and the dates changing for one reason or another we got off track on our due dates but we really need to kick it in gear.  Theres a few of you that added later than the first couple workshops and we've talked about it, but now I HAVE to have it ASAP.  So I expect that I will either hear from you or you will give it to Angela tomarrow night.  Thanks girls.

Seeking DADS!

K...so I think instead of getting regular boring escorts for you girls, we are going to have you girls choose a dad, father figure, uncle, brother, whatever you want (please no boyfriends) to escort them for evening gown.  Please choose who that may be, I would prefer your dad, and ask them kindly to get a suit and be to rehearsal on friday night, August 13th at 6 pm.  If any of you have any questions about this, please contact me.  Otherwise plan on that!  It'll be awesome!!!  For cute!

Production Number

This is the Production Number from rehearsal yesterday, click here to see the outfits that you should be looking for...Again please PLEASE learn this 100% before the next rehearsal.  Its very important that everyone comes with it perfectly learned so that we can just polish it.  Its seriously going to be soooo cute!!

4th of July Parade

Delaney at the 4th of July Parade.  Notice the freaking cute car, that was a BIG favor from Wayne Clark because according to Jim its the sweetest car ever!  And of course once a Miss Iron County, always a Miss Iron County....Erika waving at Lauren who is SUPER excited about seeing someone she recognized wearing a crown!  My Lilly kept jumping up and down, "Ka!  Ka!!"  And who is in the shot gun seat?  Yup!  Thats last year's 2nd attendant, Crystal Cardon super excited to be involved!  Where's your tiara Crystal?

Notice the poster says, 3rd attendant to MISS UTAH!!  Thought I would make sure everyone noticed because we are so so proud of our Erika!

Can't wait for the 24th parade with all the contestants, don't forget to check the contestant packet to see what you should all be wearing and the specifics on the parade.  This is also mandatory so if you think you will be unable to attend you need to contact Mari or Angela.  Thanks Girls!  Happy 4th!

PRODUCTION NUMBER TONIGHT!!!! MANDATORY!

Don't forget that the production number is tonight at onstage studios, it is %100 mandatory.  If you are not there I am assuming that you will either contact me and let me know, or you are planning to not run and thats the way you are choosing to let me know.  Please please be there, for everyone's sake, for your sake, and for the pageant's sake!  :)  We have put a lot of time and effort into making this year AMAZING production wise and its very very dependant on you.  Its going to be SOOOO fun and way awesome.  I can't wait!!!!
